Body Precision Teacher Training At Deb Nehlig Pilates/Yoga in Lancaster, PA
I am very excited to offer the Body Precision Teacher Training program in Lancaster, PA.
We have welcomed to the Training, enthusiasts wanting to begin a career teaching Pilates, movement teachers looking to expand their offerings, and curious students wanting to deepen their understanding.
The weekends are fun, interactive, and full of not just the exercises but the skills you need to start teaching right away.
For those continuing in the apprenticeship program and interested in the full comprehensive training, there is endless support and encouragement from your local mentor (Me!). It is an honor and pleasure to offer this high-quality program right in my hometown for the last three years.

I am so grateful for the Pilates teacher training program at Move It! Deb is always expanding her knowledge of movement and Pilates, thinking about her students and their needs, and sharing new insights.
